YOU + Ukraine Relief + YogaAnatomy.net

"When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.'"
- Mr. Fred Rogers.
These now iconic words by Fred Rogers are a way to calm that storm of stress that can come upon us in times of crisis, or to help us ease us out of paralysis.
But after we come out of that storm, what then? How to help?
As yoga teachers, it is our privilege to both BE the help, and HELP the helpers.
We are on the front lines of helping people all over the world calm their nervous systems so they can show up in a world that needs the best of us.
Like much of the world, we at YogaAnatomy.net have been watching what's going on in Ukraine and wanting to help in any way we can.
This seems like exactly the right moment for us to come together so we can "float all the boats higher."
Let us support you as you strive to support your communities, and let's ALL use that to help the helpers in Ukraine.
So, for the rest of March:
- We're offering all our courses at a discount to make enrollment more accessible for you
- PLUS donating 10% of your enrollment to Mark Walsh's Sane Ukraine Project.
We know Mark personally, respect his work immensely, and know the funds are going to good use.
Here's what that looks like across our courses:
>>> YogaAnatomy.net Principles Course $1,647 USD $1,997 <<<
>>> YogaAnatomy.net Practices $1,197 USD $1,997 (incl COVID Scholarship pricing) <<<
>>> YogaAnatomy.net Fundamentals $447 USD $497 <<<
>>> YogaAnatomy.net Practices $1,197 USD $1,997 (incl COVID Scholarship pricing) <<<
>>> YogaAnatomy.net Fundamentals $447 USD $497 <<<
It's easy to feel like there's no way to help and just put our heads in the sand. But that's not true.
Let us support you as you support your communities, and we all band together to create the world we want to live in.
All My Best,

Kelsey Kaufman
YogaAnatomy.net Director
P.S. If you are a yoga or movement professional, your entire enrollment is tax-deductible.
P.P.S. If this is not the ideal time for you to invest in your continuing yoga education, we encourage you to donate to the Sane Ukraine Project as you are able, or any other initiative that is moving the world in the direction of the world you want to live in. xoxo
